The basic terms that apply when you access the BrainStorm Games website or use ImmunoBlitz.

These Terms and Conditions govern access to the BrainStorm Games website and the educational game ImmunoBlitz. By using the website or game, you agree to use them in a lawful and reasonable manner and in accordance with these terms.

1. Educational and Entertainment Service

ImmunoBlitz is provided as an educational and entertainment experience. The game and Learning Hub are designed to support science learning, but they are not substitutes for professional medical advice, formal diagnosis or individual treatment decisions.

2. Access and Permitted Use

You may access the public website, play the game and use the educational resources for personal, classroom and other ordinary non-commercial educational purposes, subject to these Terms.

You agree not to:

• use the website or game for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes;
• interfere with the website, servers, game services or another person's use of them;
• attempt to bypass security or technical restrictions;
• automatically scrape, copy or extract substantial portions of the website or game without permission;
• redistribute or sell BrainStorm Games content as your own product;

3. Classroom Use

Teachers and educational institutions may use the publicly available game and Learning Hub as part of ordinary teaching and learning activities. Educators are encouraged to distinguish clearly between gameplay simplifications and real biological processes, as explained throughout the Learning Hub.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, original software, artwork, written content, branding and other original materials created for ImmunoBlitz and BrainStorm Games are owned by BrainStorm Games or used with appropriate permission.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of that content to users. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, modify or commercially exploit substantial BrainStorm Games materials without permission, except where applicable law or an expressly stated licence allows it.

5. Third-Party Materials and Links

The website may link to external scientific, educational, platform or service-provider websites. Those websites are operated independently and may have their own terms, privacy policies and content standards. A link is provided for reference and does not transfer responsibility for the third-party service to BrainStorm Games.

6. Advertising and Third-Party Services

We aim to keep ImmunoBlitz and the website available, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Features may be updated, changed, removed or temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, platform requirements or ongoing development.
